Casa Ixchel is a fully equipped house with everything you will need for a perfect and confortable stay. if you want to prepare your own meals the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need and in all the house sinks you will find a small tap where you can get drinking water. It has a washer and dryer. The two beautiful bedrooms with own bathroom. The such confortable living room with a Tv to enjoy a peaceful time. All the rooms have Ac so the hot days are bearable and even only with the ceiling fans the open ceilings and rooms keep it cool. Enjoy a beautiful afternoon in the private terrace. This property has parking available. The house has the old feel from the previous colonial house with the tile floors, the open spaces and ceilings and the beautiful Moroccan inspired decor.

1. Check in takes place after 3pm. Check out takes place before 11am. Times can be adjusted.
2. $200 USD damage deposit.
3. Minimum stay of 3 nights.
4. Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the house.
5. Pets are not allowed.
6. Children under 14 are not permitted.Maximum 4 overnight guests. Additional overnight guests are not permitted. The maximum is 4 people.
7.Electricity is not included. Cost of kilowatt is $3.5 MXN.
